Making Fake Blood
chocolate fake blood.
1/2 cup of warm water
4 Tbsp corn syrup
1Tbsp powdered cocoa
1tsp of food colouring(red)
Our group done the chocolate fake blood, first we had to mix the cocoa powder and the warm water together, and then add the corn syrup to make the mixture thicker, we then added in red food colouring to make the mixture look like real blood.
We then had to take a mouth full of the blood and then spit it out to make it look as if you were chocking it up. This type of blood worked well because using the golden syrup added the correct thickness to make it look like real blood. The food colouring mixed well with the mixture because it made it look a believable colour. Because we used the cocoa powder it made it taste enjoyable.
We also had to chuck the blood at someone to see how well it splashed on them as if someone had been slaughtered. Our blood worked really good because it wasn't to thick and clumpy and it wasn't to watery it created a good splatter stain on the shirt making it one of the best contenders of fake blood.
peanut butter fake blood.
peanut butter
corn syrup
red and green food colouring
When Sydney put the peanut butter fake blood in her mouth to choke up it didn't go as well as planned as if just came out in one single blob, although it would be good to be used for brain explosions in zombie films. When we had to chuck the blood it didn't come out that well because it was so thick and hard to work with.
ketchup fake blood.
ketchup
golden syrup
water
When Emily put the ketchup fake blood in her mouth to choke up it was to watery for this also the taste was revolting, on the other hand when we had to chuck it the mixture went quite far, however when it was on her shirt the colour was to brown and it didn't give a good effect of realistic blood.
mint fake blood.
2/3 cup of corn syrup
1/3 cup of water
5Tbsp corn starch
3 to 5 Tsp red food colouring
2 to 3 drops green food colouring
1 drop peppermint extract.
When Nathan put the mint fake blood in his mouth to choke it up it didn't taste bad although it was to thick for it to flow out and create a good effect although when it was chucked at him it was amazing as it was the right thickness and a good colour.
washing up liquid fake blood.
washing up liquid
red food colouring
When the washing up liquid fake blood got chucked over Harrison it was foamy and and it didn't give off a good effect of realistic fake blood.
